You are encouraged to join us in corporate prayer each Thursday evening as we pray for our church, our family, our friends, our community, our state, nation and issues that the Holy Spirit has put on our heart. We usually start out in the Word, engage in some dialogue about how the scripture may be relevant to us and then engage in prayer. Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them. We meet for the first 3 Saturdays of each month at 10am in the Overflow room to study one book of the Bible together.
Currently, we are studying the Epistle (letter) of Romans as written by Paul the Apostle. Bible study is an excellent time to focus on one Book in the Bible and go through it verse-by-verse. You are encouraged to ask questions, examine context (setting, location, time period, customs, culture, etc., ) and discuss observations you’ve made while reading the text. Perhaps there is something you don’t understand? Maybe you’re new to Christianity. Maybe you’re not. Either way, Bible study gives you a more deep-dive into scripture that will help fuel your Soul. The fellowship will help strengthen your faith. We would love for you to join us! Please check the calendar to make sure you’re on the right week and to ensure there aren’t any exceptions (such as a Holy Day, etc).
The caveat to first 3 Saturdays is if there are 5 Saturdays during a particular month. + Google calendar
